9/30-10/4

Good evening!

It is going to be another incredible week for our CMS band members!

Chocolate Bar Fundraiser Turn In

Tomorrow we will begin turning in out $60 for our current box of chocolates. This allows Ms. Menendez to tally up the amount of boxes sold and begin applying credits to field trips, along with finding out who are winners are!

You all have sold a LOT of chocolate! I cannot wait to see where we end up.

  • Students must pay off whatever box they are currently on and turn in the $60 to Ms. Menendez
  • If a student did not completely finish selling the box, they may keep the chocolates to continue selling, but must pay off the missing amount to total $60.
  • Drawings and prizes will be awarded Friday.
  • Thank you to our incredible parents for helping count our money the past two weeks!

Good morning,

Happy Sunday and I hope that you all are enjoying the beautiful weather today.

Chocolate Bar Fundraiser

We are doing an incredible job raising money with our chocolate bar fundraiser! A few things to remember:

  • Student must have the form filled out for EACH box. This allows us to keep track of which box you have and that parent permission was given to check out the next box.
  • Please ensure that students are careful not to melt the chocolate.
  • September 30th is the due date to turn in the $60 for whatever box of chocolate you are on. If you have chocolates left to sell, pay them off and continue selling them past that date.
  • 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will earn $7.50 per box sold towards their Fall field trip. The field trips are $15 each so two boxes pays off the field trip. (Info will be released soon)
  • 8th graders earn $30 towards their Carowinds trip per box sold.

Chocolate Bar Fundraiser

Good evening,

We are excited to begin our World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser tomorrow, 9/15/2024. Each chocolate bar will be sold for $1. Each box has 60 candy bars containing the following flavors: Milk Chocolate with Almonds, Dark Chocolate Bars, W.F. Crisp Bars, Wafer, Milk Chocolate Bars, and Caramel Bars.

Once a parent/guardian has filled out this form, your student will receive their first box of chocolate. Students will bring home one box of chocolate bars at a time. The form must be completed each time in order for a student to receive their next box of chocolate. After their first box, each student will need to submit $60 before receiving another box to sell.

  • Please double check the money before submitting to Ms. Menendez
  • Donations are accepted, but must be labeled as so

For every box sold, 8th graders will receive $30 towards their Carowinds Trip.

Cash is accepted as well as checks written out to CMS BAND. No online purchases may be made for this fundraiser.

The fundraiser ends on Monday, September 30th. Please turn in the $60 at that time for your current box. No opened boxes will be accepted and students must pay the difference for the chocolate bars that were not sold. As an example: If a student sells 55 chocolate bars, then the student will pay the remaining $5 out of pocket upon submitting their money.

PRIZES:

Most Boxes sold – $100 gift Card

2nd Place – $50 Gift Card

3rd Place – $25 Gift Card

*For every box that is sold, students will gain 1 entry into a fast food gift card raffle. Two names per class will be drawn for the fast food gift card prizes.
