Chaperones report anytime between 3:30-4:00.

Schedule:
3:30-5:00 Recreation time at CMS in band room and turf area
5:00-5:20 Change out of sweaty clothes if needed and wash hands for dinner
5:20-6:20 Dinner and dessert at CMS cafeteria
6:45 Depart for Carroll County Performing Arts Center
6:55 Arrive, use restrooms, tour facility and meet and greet with UWG students
7:30 Concert Begins
8:30 Concert concludes
8:45 Arrive back at CMS
